4. Customer is prohibited from making copies of the original digital image.

5. Customer may not transfer the rights of utilization to third parties.

6. BigBamboostock.com shall not be held liable for the breach of any rights held by a person or organization depicted in the images.

We at Big Bamboo Stock Photography do not engage in Copyright exchanges on our images. All rights belong to Big Bamboo Stock Photography, the Photographers. Other - All rights to this website and the images are owned by Big Bamboo Stock Photography and its licensers and are protected by United States copyright laws, international treaty provisions and other applicable laws. Big Bamboo Stock Photography and its licensers retain all rights not expressly granted by this agreement. This image is licensed only to you the user upon full payment and may not be transferred to another party, except with the written consent of Big Bamboo Stock Photography. The license to you contained in this agreement automatically ends without further notice from Big Bamboo Stock Photography if you do not comply with the provisions of this agreement. At which time the agreement ends, and the user is required to stop using the images and delete the images and all copies from all hard drives, magnetic media, storage and destroy all other copies of the images, or upon request of Big Bamboo Stock Photography, return all such copies to Big Bamboo Stock Photography.
